EfxINNOs Showcased at the Black Sea Stakeholder Conference 2025

Constanța, Romania – The EfxINNOs project proudly participated in the Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Stakeholder Conference, held on 28 October 2025 at the historic Casino in Constanța, Romania. Representing a key initiative under the European Union’s Black Sea Basin Programme, EfxINNOs joined policymakers, experts, and representatives from the European Commission (DG MARE) as well as the Black Sea Assistance Mechanism (BSAM) Coordinator, together with other projects and regional stakeholders, to exchange insights and experiences on advancing innovation, sustainability, and blue growth in the Black Sea region.

The participation of the  NIMRD project team in this high-level event underscored EfxINNOs’s contribution to promoting knowledge transfer, digital transformation, and sustainable maritime innovation, fully aligned with the objectives of the Common Maritime Agenda and the EU’s vision for a resilient and inclusive blue economy.

During the event, the EfxINNOs team rom the National Institute for Marine Research and Development “Grigore Antipa”  presented the project to the visiting representatives of DG MARE and BSAM  highlighting its progress and ambition to foster regional collaboration and sustainable innovation.

Through its active engagement, EfxINNOs continues to build synergies with complementary initiatives and contribute to a connected, innovative, and environmentally responsible Black Sea community.
